We come to you by appointment
We are a mobile tyre service rather than a roadside or emergency one. Call us and we will book a time that suits you, seven days a week, 7am to 7pm, and come to wherever the car is parked.
On the day
What a puncture repair includes
One visit, and the wheel back on the car before we leave.
- The wheel off and the tyre checked properly
- The puncture repaired where the damage allows
- The wheel refitted and torqued up properly
- A replacement quoted if the tyre cannot be saved safely
Before we arrive
What we need from you
Somewhere flat to park
A driveway, a carport or a quiet kerb all work. We need enough room to open the van and get around the car.
The keys and the car
Someone to hand over the keys, or the car left unlocked somewhere safe. You do not have to stand and watch.
The locking wheel nut key
If your wheels have locking nuts, leave the key in the car. Without it the wheels cannot come off.

What does a puncture repair cost?
$100 to come out, then $50 for each tyre repaired. One tyre works out at $150 and two at $200, and we come to your home or workplace to do it.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. A puncture in the tread can usually be repaired, but damage to the sidewall or the shoulder of the tyre cannot be repaired safely. We will tell you which you have when we see it.
What happens if the tyre cannot be saved?
We quote you a replacement instead, and fitting the new one is normally the next day.
Will you come out to a flat tyre on the side of the road?
No. We are a mobile tyre retailer, not a roadside or emergency service. We come to your home or workplace at a time you book with us.
Can you repair a tyre I did not buy from you?
Yes. The price is the same wherever the tyre came from: $100 callout plus $50 a tyre.

Call and we will book a time and come to the car. $100 callout plus $50 a tyre, so a single repair is $150.
